Mission Statement

The Alaska Engineering Education Foundation (AEEF) promotes educational and charitable activities.

Vision Statement

The vision of AEEF is to be the premiere charitable organization for engineering education in Alaska.

The specific and primary purpose for which this Corporation is formed is as follows:

To benefit the public by providing educational and charitable activities
To solicit and receive contributions, gifts, grants, devises or bequests of real or personal property or both from individuals, foundations, partnerships, associations, maintain use and apply the whole or in part of the income therefrom, together with such additioanl powers which may now or hereafter be granted by the Nonprofit Corporation Act of Alaska, subject to the limitations in Articles IV; provided, any corportaion which is not exempt upder Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or shallå be contributed to any organization whose net earnings or any part thereof inure to teh benefit of any private shareholder or individual or any substantial part of the activities of which involve carrying on propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, or participating in or intervening in, including the publishing or destributing of statements, any political campaign of behalf of any candidate for public office.
